Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Qassim Cement Company (QCC) has recommended the distribution of SAR 99 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 1.10 per share, representing 11% of the share’s par value, with the number of eligible shares standing at 90 million shares, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

It is worth noting that during the first nine months of last year, the company’s net profits surged by 166.6% to SAR 216.6 million.
