Riyadh – Mubasher: Fitaihi Holding Group on Thursday announced that it has completed the sale of goods worth 1.45 million in cash to the International Medical Center (IMC).

Fitaihi Holding Group owns a 19.25% stake in IMC, however, the deal was completed without special conditions, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The financial impact of this transaction will appear in the results of the first quarter (Q1) of the Year 2020, the statement noted.
