Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhabeer REIT Fund announced the distribution of around SAR 13.3 million in cash dividends to unitholders for the October-December 2019 period.

The number of eligible units stands at 66.44 million units, as per a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.2 per unit, representing 2% of the units’ initial price and 1.968% of net total assets.

Eligibility for dividends will be for unitholders registered by the end of 16 February.

The distribution will be within 30 days from the eligibility date, the statement noted.
