Mubasher: The Boursa Kuwait’s indices rose in January 2020, with the All-Share Market index grew by 42.53 points, or 0.68%, to reach 6,324.99 points.

The Premier Market index went up by 57.52 points, or 0.82%, to 7,033.48 points in the first month of the year.

The Main Market index increased by 11.65 points, or 0.24%, to 4,922.34 points.

Trading volume grew to 4.22 billion shares, while liquidity rose to KWD 869.51 million.

Weekly performance

The Boursa Kuwait’s indices showed mixed performance during the week ended 30 January 2020.

The All-Share Market and Premier Market indices declined by 0.69% and 1.02%, respectively. The Main Market index grew by 0.3%.

Trading volume reached 1.69 billion shares over the week, while liquidity registered KWD 219.6 million.
