Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) has announced that it approves economic concentration between National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) and Al Khwarizmi Company for Education.

GAC also consents to the economic concentration between NCLE and Al-Ghad National School limited company, the authority announced Tuesday on Twitter.  

In November, NCLE signed a purchase deal to fully acquire Al Khwarizmi Company for Education in consideration of SAR 30 million.

The Tadawul-listed company also signed a final agreement to fully acquire Al-Ghad National School limited company for SAR 36.7 million, during the same month.
