Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of the Egyptian Resorts Co decided to appoint Hussein Sayed Mohamed Abu Saada as the company’s CEO.

The board also decided to appoint Shahinaz Nabil Amin Foda and Hashim El-Sayed Hashim as independent board members, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.

It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, the company suffered net losses of EGP 15.2 million, compared to EGP 25.63 million in the prior-year period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
