Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has completed the acquisition of Al Khawarzmi Education Company.

The deal follows on a purchase agreement to fully acquire the company’s share capital that was agreed last November.

A price of SAR 30 million was agreed in the original agreement, which NCLE announced the fulfilment of all its terms and conditions.

The acquisition was recently approved by the General Authority for Competition (GAC).
