Riyadh – Mubasher: Sumou Real Estate Company has issues the prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu - Parallel Market.

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved in December Sumou Real Estate Company’s request to offer and register 7.5 million shares or 30% of its share capital on Nomu.

Offered shares are priced at SAR 24 per share, with a total size of SAR 180 million.

The offering will be launched on 16 February until 19 March 2020, with the final results set to be announced on 24 March.
