Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Nasr Company for Civil Works has approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at EGP 0.50 per share.

The board of directors has also amended its recommendation to distribute bonus shares, from one for every two original shares to one per three, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

It is worth noting that the issued capital will be increased from EGP 54.9 million to EGP 73.2 million, with the EGP 18.3 million increase set to be financed from last year’s earnings.

NCCW achieved a net annual profit of EGP 42.37 million last year.
