ADX down on Wednesday for second consecutive session
ADX's market cap value reached AED 528.30 billion

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Wednesday’s trading session at 5,065.6 points, down 0.15% or 7.69 points, keeping its downward performance for the second session in a row.

A total of 83.24 million shares were traded through 1,275 transactions at a value of AED 158.86 million.

The market cap value reached AED 528.30 billion, down AED 570 million from AED 528.87 billion during the previous session.

Meanwhile, the real estate sector headed the decliners with 1.24%, while the energy segment led the risers with 0.46%.

National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) led the red zone with 6.98%, while Abu Dhabi Aviation Company came on top of the green zone with 9%.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) posted the highest turnover of AED 22.96 million, while Dana Gas recorded the highest trading volume of 12.24 million shares.

Aldar Properties led the list of the losing blue chips with 1.33%, while Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) topped the rising blue chips with 0.34%.
