Dubai – Mubasher: The net profits of Ajman Bank plunged to AED 84.402 million in 2019 from AED 170.034 million in 2018, according to the bank’s consolidated financial statements for 2019.

The bank’s net operating income grew to AED 636.036 million last year, compared to AED 546.872 million in 2018.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.039 in 2019 from AED 0.097 during the earlier year.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the third quarter of 2019, the bank’s net profits dropped by 45% year-on-year to AED 22.3 million from AED 40.8 million in the year-ago period.
