Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index declined by 49.81 points, or 0.97%, to 5,037.46 points in a week, dragged down by the banking sector which shed 1.25%.

The telecom sector lost 1.13%, while the real estate and energy sectors decreased by 0.84% and 0.26%, respectively.

Market capitalisation shrank to AED 526.29 billion over the week, compared to AED 532.15 billion in the previous week.

Adnoc Distribution went down by 4.19%, Taqa shed 1.24%, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank sank 1.15%, First Abu Dhabi Bank fell 0.4%, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank declined by 0.35%, and Etisalat dips to 0.37%.
