Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Sunday’s trading session at 5,062.82 points, up 0.5% or 25.36 points, unlike its downward performance on Thursday, 13 February.
through 654 transactions at a value of AED 57.51 million.
The market cap value rose by around AED 2.31 billion to AED 528.6 billion from AED 526.29 billion in the previous session.
Meanwhile, the banks sector led the gainers with 0.61%, followed by the energy with 0.27% and the telecom with 0.25 %.
Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) topped the green zone with 12.06%, while Abu Dhabi Aviation Company came on top of the red zone with 5.76%.
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution), up 1%, recorded the highest turnover of AED 12.07 million, while RAK Properties posted the highest trading volume of 6.32 million shares.
As for the losing blue chips, Dana Gas topped the losers with 0.76%.
