Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Sunday’s trading in decline for the second consecutive session.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) lost 0.48% or 37.45 points and closed at 7,836.96 points.

Traded volumes went down to 121.36 million shares, compared with 188.56 million traded shares on Thursday, with values decreasing to SAR 2.61 billion down from SAR 4.07 billion in the previous session.

The energy sector fell by 1.1%, while materials and banks shrank by 0.95% and 0.34%, respectively.

SABB was the biggest loser and dropped by 4.73%, while Salama Cooperative Insurance added 10%.

Alinma logged the highest turnover with SAR 261.77 million, while Dar Alarkan was the most actively traded stock with 22.96 million shares.

Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market rose by 0.32% or 24.08 points and closed at 7,482.46 points.
