Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Monday’s trading session at 5,082.45 points, up 0.39%, keeping its positive performance for the second session in a row.
A total of 41.41 million shares were traded through 1,126 transactions at a value of AED 189.78 million.
The market cap value increased by AED 2.31 billion to AED 530.91 billion from AED 528.60 billion during the previous session.
Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) topped the green zone with 3.75%, while Gulf Cement Co. led the red zone with 7.22%.
Aldar Properties posted the highest trading volume of 7.47 million shares, while First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), up 0.27%, recoded the highest turnover of AED 91.91 million.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) headed the rising blue chips with 1.24%.
