TASI ended today's trade at 7,858.93 points

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Tuesday’s trading session in decline, on the back of losses by the telecom, materials, and banks sectors.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) lost 0.17% and closed at 7,858.93 points.

Traded volumes decreased to 96.87 million shares, compared with 121.35 million shares yesterday, while values reached SAR 2.48 billion, down from SAR 2.61 billion on Monday.

A total of 118 stocks ended the session in the red zone, with Tihama registering the highest loss at 5.5%, while 68 stocks closed in green. Nama Chemicals was the top gainer and increased by 6.56%.

The telecom sector fell by 0.46%, while materials and banks plunged by 0.39% and 0.26%, respectively.

Sharqiyah Development logged the highest turnover with SAR 249.33 million, while Dar Al Arkan was the most actively traded stock with 7.6 million shares.

Meanwhile, the Nomu Parallel Market slipped 0.01% as the main index closed at 7,227.37 points.
