UAE – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre on Tuesday announced the completion of six infrastructure projects and transport-related transactions in Abu Dhabi during 2019, with a total cost of AED 1.552 billion.

The emirate also launched four projects at a cost of AED 1.742 billion to build an integrated and sustainable transport network, Abu Dhabi’s government posted on Twitter.

Abu Dhabi’s bus fleet received 546 new busses in 2019, while the number of passengers that used the network last year grew by 13% year-on-year to 74.2 million.

Around 642,000 accounts were registered for the new Abu Dhabi Toll Gate System.
