Mubasher: The Kuwait Banking Association on Saturday announced that local banks will be closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the celebration of the National Day.

Local banks will resume operations on Sunday, 1 March 2020, according to a statement.

Kuwait National Day is always celebrated on 25th February. This holiday marks the day when Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah ascended to the throne in 1950.
