Mubasher: Automation Anywhere announced the world’s first integrated artificial intelligence (AI) driven process discovery solution for business processes.

The US-based company, which specializes in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), says that the new solution can create bots to automate business processes with just one-click, using AI and machine learning to automatically capture and analyze user actions to uncover common, repetitive process steps as employees navigate between business applications.

Subsequently, it prioritizes automation opportunities by the potential return on investment (ROI) and RPA bots, in order to accelerate the process automation journey for organizations.

“In 2020, RPA adoption continues to transcend other technologies as organizations aggressively pursue digital transformation initiatives. However, at the same time, customers struggle to understand which processes they should even automate,” said Prince Kohli, Chief Technology Officer, Automation Anywhere.

Nearly 80% of manual, repetitive front-and-back office business tasks that can be automated, remain undiscovered, according to research by Automation Anywhere.

Moreover, by 2023, 50% of new RPA scripts are expected to be dynamically generated, and by 2024, organizations could decrease operational costs by 30% through the combination of hyper-automation technologies with redesigned operational processes, thanks to the new business solutions.
