Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Telecommunication Group (Etisalat) has fully acquired Help AG, a regional cybersecurity solutions and services provider, to create the strongest cybersecurity platform in the region, according to a press release on Sunday.

Integrating both companies’ capabilities in the field of cybersecurity will enhance the services of Etisalat Digital, namely cloud, cyber security, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and big data and analytics while help the two entities become more robust against cyber threats.

The group chief business officer at Etisalat, Salvador Anglada, remarked that cybersecurity plays a pivotal role in the field of digital transformation; therefore, the acquisition comes in line with the two companies’ strategies to be key enablers of effective digital transformation for their customers.
