Mubasher: PepsiCo, the international food and beverage company, has renewed its 25-year partnership with Americana Group, one of the MENA’s largest restaurant operators and food manufacturers, to continue its product offering in the region.
Through this partnership, PepsiCo will meet the increasing demand of consumer’s rapidly changing habits in MENA and Kazakhstan via Kuwait-based Americana’s restaurants, such as Pizza Hut and Hardee’s, according to a press release on Sunday.
Amid the rise of e-commerce platforms which shape customers’ experiences, both companies will also adopt digital transformation by providing dedicated menus, promotions, and partnerships with delivery aggregators and enhancing F&B offerings.
In this regard, the CEO of PepsiCo Africa, Middle East, and South Asia, Eugene Willemsen, said: “Consumers are increasingly turning to “always on” mobile and online solutions, and our partnership will leverage technology to provide personalized and interactive experiences to diners.”
Meanwhile, the group CEO of Americana, Kesri Kapur, referred: “Americana’s deep industry know-how and expertise in managing scale and complexity coupled with PepsiCo’s global reach, positions this partnership as a strategic pillar in continuing to touch customer’s hearts.”
