Mubasher: Nasdaq Dubai has welcomed the listing of $400 million Sukuk by Saudi Arabia's Dar Al-Arkan, one of the leading real estate companies in the Middle East.

Following the $400-million listing, the total value of Dar Al-Arkan’s Sukuk in Nasdaq Dubai amounts to $2 billion.

Dar Al-Arkan’s businesses focus on residential, mixed-use and commercial developments across Saudi Arabia, alongside with ‘I Love Florence Tower’ in Downtown Dubai.
