Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee approved a request to list the rights issue of Al Ezz Dekheila Steel – Alexandria.

The company’s capital will be raised by EGP 1.217 billion to EGP 2.553 billion from EGP 1.336 billion through the issuance of 12.175 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 100 apiece as well an issue premium of EGP 1,076.85 a share, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

It is worth mentioning that during the January-September period of 2019, the company incurred net losses of EGP 2.25 billion, against net profits of EGP 996.55 million in the prior-year period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
