Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced the suspension of trading on Alrai Media Group’s stock as accumulated losses reached over 81%.

The decision is subject to the rules of the Kuwaiti stock exchange, which allows it to suspend trading on a company’s stock if accumulated losses topped 75% of the capital, the bourse said on its official website on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that by the end of last year, the net losses of Alrai Media retreated by 83.3% to reach KWD 3.54 million ($11.58 million), compared to KWD 21.18 million ($69.26 million) in 2018.
