Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Aldar Properties has proposed to distribute cash dividends for 2019, at 14.5% of the company's capital.

The recommended dividends stand at 14.5 fils per share, with a total amount of AED 1.14 billion, according to the company’s disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The company's shareholders will vote on the board’s proposal during the next general assembly meeting, which is set to be held on 18 March.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019 the company’s net profits attributable to shareholders increased by 7% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 1.984 billion.
