Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HHD) will offer six vacant plots of land in New Heliopolis for sale in a sealed-bid public auction on Thursday, 5 March.

The land plots are dedicated for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, according to the auction documents reviewed by Mubasher.

The auction documents can be purchased for EGP 1,000 from the National Asset Management and Investment or Heliopolis Housing.

It is worth mentioning that during the first half of fiscal year 2019/2020, the company’s net profit soared to EGP 351.34 million from EGP 48.6 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
