UAE – Mubasher: The total value of real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi reached AED 58 billion in 2019, according to data by the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (Abu Dhabi DMT).

Abu Dhabi saw around 19,000 real estate transactions last year, including sales and mortgages of lands, buildings, and real estate units.

Al Reem Island achieved the highest value of sales with a total AED 6.52 billion, followed by Yas Island and Al Reef area with AED 3.425 billion and AED 2.293 billion, respectively.
