Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HHD) sold 15 land plots in Sheraton, Heliopolis for EGP 171 million in a public auction held on Wednesday, 4 March.

A total of 21 land plots valued at EGP 210 million were offered for sale, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The company previously announced offering 21 vacant land plots, dedicated for residential purposes, for sale. 

It is worth mentioning that during the first half of fiscal year 2019/2020, the company’s net profit hiked to EGP 351.34 million from EGP 48.6 million in the year-ago period.
