Announcement Detail With reference to the announcement of MetLife AIG ANB today, corresponding to 03/06/ 1441 H (corresponding to 28/01/2020 G) on Tadawul, on the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting of MetLife AIG ANB, that included the approval of the offer submitted by Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company (“Walaa Company”) to merge Metlife AIG ANB into Walaa Company in accordance with the provisions of Articles 190 to 193 of the Companies Law and the provisions of subparagraph (1) of Paragraph (a) of Article 49 of the Mergers and Acquisitions Regulations (“Merger Deal”), MetLife AIG ANB announces the start of the creditors ’objection period to the merger deal in accordance with the provisions of Article (193) of the Companies Law.

Accordingly, any creditor of MetLife AIG ANB has the right to object to the merger deal by sending a registered letter to the main office of MetLife AIG ANB located in (Al Ebdaa Tower - King Fahd Road - Olaya District / PO Box 56437 Riyadh 11554). The creditors ’objection period starts from this corresponding day 03/06/1441 H (corresponding to 28/01/2020 G) and ends with the end of Thursday 03/07/1441 H (Corresponding to 27/02/2020 G). Under the Companies Law, the merger decision will be effective after this period has elapsed, in the absence of any existing objection from MetLife AIG ANB creditors to the merger deal.
