Qatar Navigation disclosed its financial statements for the year ended 31.12.2019. The statements show that the net profit is QR 547 million compared to a net profit of QR 516 million for the previous year.

Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.48 for the year ended December 31, 2019 compared to EPS of QR 0.45 for the previous year.

The Board of Directors decided to recommend to the General Assembly to distribute a 30% cash dividend of the par value of   a share, equivalent to QR 0.3 per share for the approval at the General Assembly on 22 March 2020.

The Board of Directors announces that the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Qatar Navigation (Milaha) which will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, 22 March, 2020 at Al Mirqab Hall at Four Seasons Hotel Doha to discuss the matters as per the attached Agenda. If there is no quorum, the alternate date will be Sunday, 29 March 2020, at 4:30 pm at the same place
