Cairo – Mubasher: The US dollar exchange rate returned to its downward trend against the Egyptian pound at the end of Thursday’s transactions at local banks. 

The USD declined by EGP 0.04 to EGP 15.59 for buying and EGP 15.69 for selling at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait.

Meanwhile, the greenback went down by EGP 0.03 to EGP 15.57 for purchasing and EGP 15.67 for selling at Societe Arabe Internationale de Banque (SAIB).

Likewise, the USD dropped by EGP 0.02 to EGP 15.58 for buying and EGP 15.68 for selling at Bank Audi and the National Bank of Greece (NBG).

Moreover, the USD decreased by EGP 0.01 to EGP 15.59 for purchasing and EGP 15.69 for selling at Credit Agricole.

On the other hand, the USD rose by EGP 0.01 to EGP 15.61 for buying and EGP 15.71 for selling at Misr Iran Development Bank.

In the meantime, the USD exchange rate stabilised at EGP 15.58 for buying and EGP 15.68 for selling at Banque Misr and at the United Bank of Egypt and at EGP 15.53 for purchasing and EGP 15.63 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
