Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company disclosed its annual financial statements for the year ended on 31/12/2019. The statements show a net loss QR 468 Million compared to (restated)* net loss amounting to QR 169 Milion last year.

Loss per share amounted to QR 0.535 for the year ended 31/12/2019 compared to (restated*) loss per share QR 0.193 last year.

Noting that the financial statements is subject to Qatar Central Bank’s approval.

Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company announces also the date of its Annual General Assembly Meeting, to be held on Sunday, 29/03/2020 at Al-Dasha Ballroom at Sharq Village & Spa (Doha – Ras Abu Abboud) at 5:30PM. In case the required quorum was not met, the second meetings will be held on Wednesday, 08/04/2020 at 5:30PM at the same venue.
