Dubai – Mubasher: The shareholders of Emirates NBD have agreed on distributing AED 0.40 per share, totalling AED 2.526 billion, as cash dividends for fiscal year 2019.

During the ordinary general meeting (OGM), the shareholders have approved 18 March to be last date dividend entitlement and 19 March as the ex-dividend date, according to the bank’s disclosure to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Wednesday.

It is noteworthy mention that in 2019, the bank’s net profits saw a 44% year-on-year (YoY) hike to AED 14.5 billion, compared to AED 10.04 billion in 2018.
