Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Jarir Marketing Company recommended a cash dividend distribution of 22% of the company’s capital or SAR 2.2 per share for the fourth quarter of 2019.

The board agreed to distribute a total of SAR 264 million among shareholders owning shares until the eligibility date on 16 March and those registered in the shareholders registry at the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

Dividends will be distributed on 25 March, the statement showed.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the fourth quarter of 2019, Jarir Marketing Company’s net profits retreated to SAR 277 million from SAR 290.3 million in the year-ago period.
