Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Shams Housing and Urbanization recommended a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.10 per share for 2019.

The proposal will be referred to the company’s shareholders for approval, the company said in bourse statement on Sunday.

For the full-year 2019, the company’s net profit declined to EGP 135.58 million from EGP 207.4 million in the previous year.
