Cairo – Mubasher: Yamir Equities Inc has sold its entire stake of 18.17% in Egyptians for Housing and Development Company.

The sale involved 20.62 million shares, representing 18.17% of the company’s capital, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The total value of the deal amounted to EGP 79.6 million at an average price of EGP 3.86 per share.

It is noteworthy that in 2019, the company’s net profits increased to EGP 29.3 million from EGP 22.75 million in the prior year, including minority shareholders’ rights.
