Kuwait registers 4 new COVID-19 cases, 4 recoveries
A total of 43 COVID-19 patients have recovered in Kuwait

Mubasher: Kuwait on Wednesday announced that four new patients tested positive for the new coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours, taking the country’s toll to 195 cases so far, according to an official statement by the health ministry.

Two of the newly detected cases are Kuwaitis who are linked to travel to Saudi Arabia and the UK, while the other two are Somali and Filipino residents who are still under investigation.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Kuwaiti health minister Basel Al Sabah announced the recovery of four patients from the new disease, which brings the total number of recoveries to 43 until the moment.

A total of 717 people were discharged from the quarantine while six others are receiving treatment in the intensive care unit, according to the statement.
