Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Samba Financial Group has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute SAR 1.394 billon in cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.

The dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.70 per share, representing 7% of the share’s par value after the deduction of zakat, according to a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

This brings the total dividends for last year to SAR 3.832 billion at SAR 1.42 per share.

The distribution is set to take place on 13 April 2020.
