Mubasher: Warba Bank has a total exposure to NMC Healthcare Group of $67.24 million (KWD 20.75 million) in the form of syndicated Murabaha facilities and investment on its Sukuk.

However, Warba Bank has no exposure to Finablr, the UAE Exchange Center, or any other subsidiary of the health group, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The bank further advised that it is difficult to assess the material impact on its financial statements in the present time, noting that it will announce further details in the event of any developments in this respect.
