Kuwait’s crude oil inches up 82 cents pb on Monday – KPC
Global oil prices fell by around 8% on Monday

Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil levelled up by 82 cents on Monday, 6 April, to finish at $22.11 per barrel (pb), compared to $21.29 pb last Friday, according to the official prices released by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

Globally, oil prices fell by around 8% after Saudi Arabia and Russia postponed a meeting about a deal to cut output as the coronavirus pandemic hits demand. The new meeting is scheduled to take place next Thursday, sources told CNBC. 

In the meantime, the West Texas International futures dropped by about 8% whilst Brent crude futures declined by 3.1%.
