The decision is in line with the precautionary measures against COVID-19

The CMA's decision came in line with the precautionary measures against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, according to the CMA's statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

The interim financial results will be announced within a period not exceeding 50 days from the end of the financial period covered by these financial statements.

It is noteworthy to mention that the CMA has taken precautionary measures to assist the listed companies amid the COVID-19, including the suspension of attending the ordinary general meetings (OGMs) and freezing of accounts according to the instructions of investment accounts.
