TASI hits highest level since 5 March at Thursday's close
Turnover totalled SAR 4.80 billion

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange's (Tadawul) benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) has kept its upward performance by the end of Thursday's trading session for the eighth consecutive session.

The benchmark index edged up by 0.10% or 6.9 points to 7,006.24 points, hitting its highest level since 5 March.

Turnover totalled SAR 4.80 billion after 236.621 million shares were exchanged through about 209,780 transactions.

Alinma Bank was the most active stock with around 36.45 million shares traded at a value of SAR 609.90 million.

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. led the rising stocks with 9.95%, while Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance headed the losing stocks with 4.54%.

The telecommunication services sector topped the winners with 1.18%, while the food and staples retailing segment came on top of the losers with around 3.01%. 

Meanwhile, Nomu-Parallel Market went down by nearly 0.03% or 1.7 points to 6,144.83 points.

Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. led Nomu's rising stocks with 2.71%, while Arab Sea Information System Co. topped the losing stocks with 2.48%.
