Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding (EFG Hermes) announced a strategic partnership with the leading financial technology services provider PayTabs to launch PayTabs Egypt.

PayTabs Egypt will set up a cutting-edge platform for financial inclusion which will cater to both online and digital payment needs of diverse consumer segments across the most populous Arab nation, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.

The platform will execute financial transactions remotely, quickly, and smoothly via a user-friendly interface.

In addition, PayTabs Egypt plans to provide merchants and businesses with several payment methods, including QR codes and payment gateways.

Hany Soliman, who has a 17-year experience in financial technology, business development, and digital innovation, has been named the general manager of PayTabs Egypt.
