Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has filed a criminal complaint against a number of individuals in relation to NMC Healthcare.

This move is in line with the bank's objective to protect its interests, according to the bank's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday.

The banks further remarked that it will work closely with other creditors and the joint administrators to help the health group recover its business.

Noteworthy to mention that ADCB confirmed in early April that the liabilities of the group to the bank have amounted to $981 million as of 31 March 2020, representing less than 1% of the bank's total assets.
