Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of National Gypsum Company has approved the board’s recommendation for SAR 11.08 million cash dividends to shareholders for 2019.

The dividends, equivalent to 3.5% of the company’s capital, will be distributed at SAR 0.35 per share, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to shareholders at the end of trading on 15 April, and who are registered in the company’s records at the securities depository center company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day.

The distribution is set to take place on 27 April 2020.

In addition, shareholders approved SAR 1.8 million in remuneration to board members for last year.
