Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company has approved board’s recommendation to distribute 7.5% cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2019.

The dividends stand at a total of SAR 11.25 million and will be distributed at SAR 0.75 per share, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

During the meeting, shareholders approved last year’s financial statements, the board of directors’ reports, and the auditor’s report.

Moreover, the OGM approved deals and contracts between the company and Hana Food Industries.
