Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Herfy Food Services Company has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute SAR 71.148 million as cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.

The dividends will be distributed at SAR 1.1 per share to 64.68 million eligible shares, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Shareholders also approved the SAR 64.68 million dividends that were distributed for H1-19 at SAR 1 per share, as well as the financial statements, the board’s reports, and the auditor’s report for last year.

A remuneration of SAR 2.55 million has been approved to board members.
