DFM ends Wednesday's session in green
The market cap value increased by AED 3.9 billion

Dubai – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 36.65 points or 2% to settle at 1,862.28 points by the end of Wednesday's trading session, unlike its downward performance on Tuesday, 21 April.

Around 349.91 million shares were traded through 4,783 transactions valued at AED 244.84 million.

The market cap value increased by AED 3.9 billion to AED 275.51 billion, compared to AED 271.61 billion during the previous session.

The real estate segment topped the gainers with 3.44%.

Meanwhile, Amlak Finance led 25 rising stocks with 10.17%, while Dubai Refreshments came on top of four losing stocks with 5%.

Union Properties was the most active stock with 99.11 million traded shares, while Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 51.29 million.

As for the blue chips, Arabtec Holding headed the winners with 7.41%.
