Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Finance House has approved the board's proposal to pay out 1.91% cash dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2019.

The cash dividend distribution will be at 1.91 fils per share, amounting to AED 5.776 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Thursday.

Noteworthy to highlight that in 2019, the company achieved AED 22.445 million net profits, up by 26% from AED 17.840 million in 2018.
