Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 1.21% or 50.50 points to 4,220.58 points by the end of Tuesday's trading session, unlike its downward performance on Monday, 27 April.
The market cap value recorded AED 472 billion, up by AED 4.87 billion from AED 467.13 billion during the previous session.
Turnover reached AED 178.67 million following the exchange of 78.17 million shares through 3,388 transactions.
The real estate sector topped the winners with 4.36%.
Abu Dhabi Ship Building came on top of the green zone with 13.64%, while Union Insurance Company led the red zone with 4.99%.
Aldar Properties, up 4.62%, was the most active stock with 20.11 million shares traded at AED 35.30 million.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) led the losing blue chips with 2.40%.
